We analyze the documents provided in your HOA Disclosure package to determine
if the package includes the 33 legally required disclosure items (35 items if
new construction).
We provide a checklist of documents:
– Received,
– Received but out-of-date or invalid
– Documents that are missing
You can provide the checklist to your agent to request the missing documents.

Reserve Study Review – $125
Review the HOA’s financial risk:
– Provide HOA’s projected annual increase to the HOA Dues.
– Determine the level of Reserve Funding
– Determine the current and future Deficiency $ per Unit according to the
Reserve Study funding plan. This is money you could be asked to pay
in the future.
– Flag the risk for Special Assessments due to future repairs.
– Questions you should ask before releasing your HOA contingency.
– Provide HOA’s projected annual increase to the HOA Dues.
– Determine the level of Reserve Funding

responsibilities, architectural approval guidelines for improvements,
deductible on the master insurance policy, and more.
