This Text Messaging & MMS Policy (“Policy”) describes how we use text messaging, what types of messages we send, how you can opt in or opt out, and how we protect your information. This Policy supplements our Privacy Policy, available at www.HOARiskInsights.com.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

3. HOW TO OPT IN
You may opt in to receive text messages from HOA Risk Insights in one of the following ways:
- By providing your mobile phone number on our online order intake form and checking the consent box for text messaging
- By texting START to (925) 693-0679
- By verbally or electronically providing your number and consent to a HOA Risk Insights representative
By opting in, you consent to receive text and MMS messages from HOA Risk Insights at the phone number you provide. Message frequency will vary based on your order activity. Standard message and data rates may apply.

4. HOW TO OPT OUT
Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us
Email us at in**@*************ts.com with your name and phone number and a request to opt out
Call us at (925) 693-0679 and request removal from our text messaging list
Once you opt out, we will send a single confirmation message acknowledging your request and will not send further text messages to your number, except as required by law or in direct response to a message you initiate.

5. KEYWORD REFERENCE
The following keywords are supported when texting (925) 693-0679:
START: Opt-in to receive text messages
STOP: Opt-out of all text messages. You will receive confirmation but no further messages.
HELP: Receive a help message with contact information and a link to this Policy.
UNSTOP/YES: Re-subscribe if you have previously opted-out.
6. MESSAGE FREQUENCY
Message frequency varies based on your order activity. Most clients receive between 2 and 5 messages per order, including order confirmation, status updates, and report delivery notification. You will not receive unsolicited marketing texts unless you have explicitly opted in to receive them.
We do not send automated bulk promotional text campaigns. All messages are related to your specific order or service relationship with Compliance Review Solutions through HOA Risk Insights.
7. COSTS AND CARRIER INFORMATION
Compliance Review Solutions does not charge for text messages. However, your mobile carrier’s standard message and data rates may apply. These charges are determined by your carrier and your individual mobile plan. HOA Risk Insights is not responsible for any charges your carrier applies to text message delivery or receipt.
Text messaging is available to customers of major U.S. carriers. Carrier availability and message delivery are not guaranteed and may vary. HOA Risk Insights is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. MMS (MULTIMEDIA MESSAGE SERVICE)
Your mobile phone number is collected and used solely for the purposes described in this Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
MMS messages are subject to the same opt-in and opt-out terms as SMS text messages. Your carrier’s MMS data rates may apply. If your device or carrier does not support MMS, messages may be delivered as standard SMS text.
9. PRIVACY AND DATA USE
Your mobile phone number is collected and used solely for the purposes described in this Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Phone numbers collected for text messaging are stored securely and used only to communicate with you in connection with your order or service relationship with HOA Risk Insights. Text message content may be retained for record-keeping and quality purposes in accordance with our standard data retention practices.
10. COMPLIANCE
Our text messaging program is operated in compliance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations, including:

- The CAN-SPAM Act of 2003
- California’s Automatic Renewal Law (Bus. & Prof. Code §17600 et seq.) where applicable

- The rules and guidelines of the Campaign Registry (TCR) for 10DLC messaging

11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
The updated Policy will be posted at www.HOARiskInsights.com with a revised Effective Date. Your continued receipt of text messages after the updated Policy is posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
If we make material changes to how we use your phone number for marketing purposes, we will obtain fresh consent before sending marketing messages under the new terms.
